Cancellation & Refund Policy

For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the below guidelines. Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. 

a)  If cancellation is done within 48 hours of the payment done for registration in a particular course then full money will be refunded. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited back. Cancellation requests should be emailed to [email protected]

b) No cancellation request will be entertained after 48 hours of the payment done for registration in a particular course.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
